I'm gonna swap out my blow'd up TH350 tonight for a new one. Do you have any advice for doing the swap? Tips?

get a buddy who is a body builder.. he will want to show off his capability to hold up a tranny whilst you start all the bolts.. also geta big ol floor jack, it helps. a big ratchet strap also is usefull to hold a tranny up. if you care about your pavement then put down some cardboard or carpet to soak up the atf; it leaks out of every orifice of a automatic. take your time and dont drop a transfer case on your brother's head like i did. (dont worry it was just a 208 so it didnt hurt him too much)

Be sure you replace the front pump seal. I forgot to and had to drop the tranny again.

PS. I droped my t-case on my buddy's head to.

Okay, while I was pulling out my old tranny I realized that I didn't just break my rear driveline U-joint, I actually broke one of the ears off the yoke :eek:

What's involved in swapping this out? How hard will it be to find?

what kind of yoke is it is it the one on the rear end
If it is the one on the rear end pull the bolt in the middle of the yoke and tap the yoke of. Thay are not hard to find
