: Gettin' ready to whoop somebody's *SS!!
Smaulz 05-13-2003, 05:38 PM This is really torquing me off. I ordered some stuff from truckperformance.com a little over a month ago. They called and said one of the items was discontinued, so I switched it to another product that also ended up being discontinued. Ended up just cancelling that part of the order, (received the other item just fine). All is well and good. I ended up placing ANOTHER order for a replacement of the original discontinued item, as well as a few other things, and received them just fine. However, the company still owes me over $300 for the original item. I've checked my account status on the page, and the return payment (RMA) shows "processing". I've called them pretty much twice to three times a week since the original order, and they keep giving me the runaround. Finally got out of them that since the order was cancelled (due to THEIR error, not mine), they're pretty much just sitting on the money, and will "get to it when they get to it". As I mentioned, it's been a month, and I'm getting ready to sick the wife on 'em, (she does this sort of thing for a living).
Question is, is there anyway to light a fire under someone over there and get my friggin' money back?! I mean, it's $300 fer cryin out loud! Any ideas???

So...what's your question again?
ForestCam 05-13-2003, 05:41 PM If you ordered by credit card it can take up to six weeks to have the credit show up on your account so chill.:smokin:

It was a debit card. They haven't even tried to put it through yet. They're telling me "they'll get to when they get to it." I dunno 'bout you, but I've got better things to do with $300 bucks than let them spend their spare time fondling it. Either way, they lost out on over $3K worth of sales that I'm gonna take somewhere else. If it's supposed to take six weeks, fine. Don't BS me, don't give me the runaround, and don't play games. It's pretty simple.
GonZu 05-13-2003, 06:19 PM It's called BUSINESS.
Some good, some not so good

Dirt road on the way to the mall?
fj40john 05-14-2003, 07:46 AM you gave a list of items that can be purchased from vendors here on the board. go to the vendor forum and look around a little. I bet you can get everything you want from that forum, you may not even have to use more than one vendor.
Kitty Cat 05-14-2003, 08:03 AM Hey Smaulz I heard if you buy a red star it makes everything better.
Deep South Cruisers 05-14-2003, 08:08 AM that zero post count is just hanging in there huh;)
The best way to resolve this is through your C.C. company, BTW if your vendors suck arse, shop elsewhere.:D
