oK here is the deal...i have had US cellular for about 6 months and they have been just fine and the service is OK.

recently i my phone does not work in my house...i don't live in the sticks and i don't live in a metal cell phone blocking complex. it has always been kinda crappy service inside my house but recently (1 month) i wont work for shit! hell i can go 1 block in ether directing and it works fine. it wont work inside or outside, front or back yard, car hole, ect...

well i have been pissing and moaning to the cell company for about 3 weeks with no ansers...

the way i see things is that i am paying for a service, if you cant provide the service like the contract says then i ain't paying!!! and yes i am in the smack dab middle of there home calling area so it is not like i live on the edge of the calling area

so it has come down to this...how the fawk do i go about getting outa my contract without paying the $200 fine?

its hot, humid, truck is down and this is flue to the bond fire!!!!

Simply call them and tell them you need it to work in your house. When they say Oh well, say you'd like to terminate because they're not providing adequate service as defined in the same contract that binds you to an early termination fee. They'll respond with something like you should have figured that out months ago, and say you called about it, but whoever you talked to said it would get better.

If they still refuse, ask for like half... Sucks, donnit?

I have the same problem with my cell. My cell provider was no help and there solution to the problem was to give me free call forwarding, so when I'm home my calls will ring my land line!

How would they know when you are home? Did you just say like "During such and such hours, I'll be home so forward them then?" How would that work?
