The steering stop on my CHevy Dana 60 knuckle, the driver's side, is broken flush with the knuckle.

What is the easiest way to fix it? What size bolt should I put in there? I have a full tap and die set so tapping is not the problem. Should I try to somehow back the bolt out (seems very unlikely to me) or just drill a new hole right where the old one was?

Any advice?

Drill it and tap it. They are 1/2 fine thread. bin a while since I had mine out. Pretty sure though

I would drill and tap it. Worst thing possiable you buy another knuckle for 50-100 bucks on ebay.
