Ok,

i just replaced my mid pipe, cat, and added a Dynomax Cat Back exhaust and O2 sensor and my rig is finally running much better and no more rotten egg smell

however, there is still a small leak where the mid pipe meets the manifold. I have tried to adjust it but it still leaks a little.

the 2.5L doenst use a gasket like the 4.0L does and it relies on a tight fit.

any tricks to getthing this leak free?

Stick it one where it fits and use the all mighty IMPACT GUN!!! If that fails try a BFH (Big Fu*kin Hammer).
