willing to rent flat out ,pay in beer or mechanical services, or looking for some one to go in on some shop space in tacoma or ???, have found some places around here for around 4-500 a month for 2 bay shops. would like to get a coulpe guys to bring the cost down , I have a buch of tools including a nice miller mig welder and a cutting torch, tons of hand tools,grinders ect :trooper:
