I searched but didn't really find what I was looking for. My friend has a 93 Toy Truck with IFS in the front with 31" tires. He wants to shove 33" tires on there and wants to just do a Body Lift since he doesnt' have the money for a Suspension swap or a SAS, and he doesn't want to sawzall the fenders.:flipoff2: Is there anything to note besides installing the BL?? Longer pitman arm, steering issues, ..... anything else?? Thanks.

You won't need a longer pitman arm, but you may have some steering shaft issues. Might also have some issues with the transmission linkage.
crank the torsion bars, pound the fender seam, and save yourself the hassle of a body lift

A 1" body lift is about all you'll need:
