Amber Alert Issued Sunday, May 24.

Cody Unruh

5 yrs., 3' 6", 37 lbs, white male with reddish-blond hair. He was last seen Saturday at around 6:45 pm wearing red shorts with a gray stripe and a gray T-shirt with a Toy Story character on the front.

He went missing from his Houston TX, USA, home in the southern part of Deer Park on Stephanie Drive, near Center and Pasadena Boulevard.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Deer Park Police Department at 281-479-1511 or dial 911.

Early Sunday morning Cody was found at a neighbor's home. But the news wasn't good. The five-year-old drowned in a swimming pool just a few hundreds yards from his own bedroom.

Deer Park police do not know yet how Cody got out of his home and ended up in the neighbor's swimming pool.
