This is my brothers add from another forum. He has decided to follow my lead and go 60s instead of 44/9inch so he is going with a 205 instead of the eb D20. Here is the add:

I have adapted an NP-435 to an Early Bronco D-20 to put in my YJ but as plans have changed I will not be running this combo. The NP-435 is a granny low heavy truck 4 spd tranny found in F-250's and F-350's. It has a first Gear ratio of 6.69:1. I belive this combo is a direct bolt into a Early bronco or a CJ with a T-150 or T-176. For a YJ you will need a T-176 or T-150 bellhousing, (readily available, I got mine here for $25), an adapter pilot bushing, and an external slave cylinder. I will machine the BH for the CPS if anyone buys this set-up for a YJ.

The D-20 was rebuilt by a previous owner who sold it to the person that I bought it from. The NP-435 is a JY tranny but it spins free and feels tight. The shifter has been cut off about three inches out of the cover.

I will sell the whole set-up for $750 OBO. (A novak or AA adapter is $550+)

Warning to potential buyers: This T-Case seems to be a ticket to going bigger. The past three owners have bought it then decided to go bigger and better. I bought it from Liquidkool and we all have seen what he decided to do. I am passing it on to go with an NP-205 and D-60's F&R.

Why yes you do but not the adaptor. We decided that one was not gonna cut it and Josh made one way better that doesn't require tranny disassembly:flipoff2: Your machinist is missing something with his thread integritty. I don't know if the drill was walking or was to big or what but those threads in Aluminium were not gonna cut it. Josh's new adaptor is steel and has nice threads with dowl pins for better alignment. It is really sweet.

We don't think the EB D20 will handle the 38s and D60s he is plaining now so it is up for grabs again. Same old story for this tcase hey.

I just sent him a message to ask how much he clocked it. I know when we had it on the cad we played with different degrees of clocking and the boltholes would run into each other at certain degrees. He wanted as much as possable of course. I don't remember the final outcome though. I will post asap with an answer.
