I just got a 2001, 2500 and I want to put 37's on it. I would like to know the best way to lift it and keep the center of gravitty low. I would like to have good articulation. Also who makes the best lifts. and what size lift. Iwould not mind trimming the wheel wells if possible and if it looks good. Iam on a budget though.
thanks

with a 2 inch coil spacer and trimming, you could probably fit a 37x12.50. rim width and backspacing would be critical though.

RAM2500, I'd like to see pictures of that. Anyone that isn't afraid to cut has my respect.

Could you post some good pics of your trimming job, because it doesnt seem like a simple thing to do right.

well, i never said i did it right. i ended up cutting out some of the floor pan in the front and tacking in some sheet metal to keep the elements out and the feet in. i gave myself just a little extra room, but not much. there's still some rubbing.
i have a lot to do to make it right, so it'll be a while before i take pictures. it was a quick operation just to fit the big tires one weekend. it is pretty tricky to make the space and not butcher too bad, but i'll definately have some pictures after i get 'er done.
