Jawbreaker is under heavy surveillance by the BLM.

trail. All wheelers are encouraged to contact the
BLM official in question, Francisco Mendoza

Director Denise Meridith,(Denise.Meridith@blm.gov)
to ask that this intimidation and abuse cease
immediately.

Exactly what have the BLM people been doing to harass wheelers. It could be that you have grounds to file a formal complaint with DoI.

When we ran Jawbreaker at the Jamboree this year, he walked the entire trail and watched every little thing we did. he then talked to us for about 30-45 minutes about how the BLM is here to help and not close trails:zzz: And when we would ask him questions he would duck around them and change the subject:flipoff:
