Did anyone else go see Coldplay at the Sleep Train Ampitheater last night. One of the better shows that I have seen. They are really good, if you like that type of music I would suggest seeing them if you can.

Hey, great to hear that it was awesome!:D I'm going on Friday night to the Shoreline show.:D How was the opening band...worth seeing or not? Let me know because traffic is always a bitch out there and so is getting in and out of that parking lot.

Opening:

Eisley is cool, but they are like 14 year old girls. They talk very softly, but they can sing like all get out. Kind of redundent, everyone agreed that they played 1 30 minute song, but it was cool to see people so young make good music.

Martin Sexsmith: Jackson Brown meets Van Morrison. I liked him enough to go get one of his CD's, but the drunk asshole if front of me tried to single-handedly boo him off the stage.

I would say if you make it there watch them, but don't press yourself to see Eisley. But I don't know your music taste.

They are really good live, they are high energy and real funny. Good stage presence

Hope that helped. I wish I could see them again, you lucky Bastid (to borrow a phrase)
