: Pismo makes my people want to JUMP, JUMP
72Bronco 05-29-2003, 05:41 PM I thought you fellow Ford fans could appreciate this Darwin Award Contestant. Any ideas what besides his bead got blown? His Driver side tire doesn't look so hot or maybe that's the new racing camber I don't know about.
Enjoy and newbies take note on what not to do to impress your friends.

That's gotta hurt.
HNRYS69 05-29-2003, 06:06 PM Yeah. This asshat on Classicbroncos.com has a son who is friends with that guy. The asshat thinks that a 78-79 bronco with a EB body is an EB. anyways I think all that kid broke with that EB catchin air was the D44 and the fender... He was showing off for a girlfriend.
72Bronco 05-29-2003, 06:11 PM I love this pic of him getting buried into the seat!
He must of gotten laid for that manuever for sure!
You said it perfectly what an ASSHAT!
Proeliator 05-29-2003, 07:27 PM I always enjoy watching cockgobblers do dumb stunts like that, although it hurts a bit when its an EB.
colebronco 05-29-2003, 08:35 PM what a jackass, totally screwing up such a classic. It is a shame.
Skippie 05-30-2003, 07:07 AM That dumb bastard doesn't deserve to own an EB. He's just too stupid.:shaking:
rusted 05-30-2003, 08:24 AM I like how he's got his arm hangin out the window and his hand on the steering wheel, while jumping.
HeyBeerMan 05-30-2003, 08:24 AM I just wish I knew somebody that could run a camera as good as that. If it were me jumping I would have one pic of the grill, two of nothing but sand, a few of the sky.
But for sure none as good as those.
The Joker 05-30-2003, 08:25 AM I thought picture 5 was bad ass. Got his bronco on the down low:flipoff2:
What a waste of a classic, that was way to clean to be fawkin around in.
Schly 05-30-2003, 08:27 AM He just LOOKS like the clueless type who would try to do something like that with a truck like that. I'm surprised it didn't turn out much worse for him.
I just love the way he seems to be looking at the blown tire thinking "How'm I gonna fix THAT out HERE?"

Travis Waldher 05-30-2003, 10:04 AM You know.... there is such thing as planning a jump.
It looks like he nose dived in to the next incline... breaking the D44. :shaking:

Not really, I've done sequence shots like that before.
1) use a film camera, motor drive. OR one of those really expensive digital ones.
2) don't zoom in so close to your subject that you can't get whats going on.
Other than that.. focus.. and start pressing the button as fast as it will let you.
(odds are, between those pics.. there are at least another 10 shots he didn't post up.)

My Nikkon 900 will do bursts of 20, 40, 60. With a 128 meg card there is room for over 600 pics in high rez. Just burst shoot, throw out the 15 ya don't want. Done. Always get good action shots. :D
RedNeckRea 05-30-2003, 12:11 PM I go to college with the guy who owns the white ranger that is on their main page. he was stupid enough to let one of his other budies take the ranger on a test jump. man did he regret it. even with 19"of travel all the way around no way he was gonna soak up this hit.... http://atv-racing.com/trucks/ ended up crackin his fram in half  anyone wanna put that one into sequence?

Another ASSHAT is discovered, who does that guy think he is Robby Gordan. What makes them think that jump is makeable onto flat ground? I'm not sure how his truck was prepared but comeon it's fawking physics, what goes up comes down even harder!
