Well I am finding water in my oil so I'm going to replace my head gaskets (hopefully that’s the problem) so I have this tick on the passenger side of the motor (from sitting in the truck) so I pull the valve cover and run the engine I noticed that one of the push rods isn’t spinning and this seems to be the one making the tick and also oil doesn’t seem to seep out from under all the rocker arms is that normal? What do you suggest thanks for your time
P.S. the engine puts out good oil pressure 20 idle and 50 cursing and it's a 1968 pickup
