What's up fellow binders? I have my poor Scout II on the block in the "for sale" section, anyone checked it out? Anyway, I'm considering parting it out so I don't have to see it on the trail someday. I would like to sell the body first, that way I don't have all of the axles sold and change my mind and decide to put it back together. In one big chunk, the "body" could consist of

*A rust free scoutII bobbed 25 inches and tubbed rear fenderwells
* fiber glass DOOR INSERTS
* A supersweet rollcage with MASTERCRAFT seats tied into it
* GRIFFIN aluminum radiator
* AWESOME tire rack
* storage box
*22 gallon fuel cell
*FRAME set up for full width axles, shortened 15 inches, wrap-around front tube bumper, hy-clearance rear bumper, Ford rear springs all the way around allowing lift for 38's and a s**t load of travel
*Custom "carbon fiber" dash with only the important gauges

I'll sell all of this complete for $4000. All you'll need to do is add a drivtrain to wheel it, or replace some sheetmetal to look good again. It has a nasty front right fender thanks to a recent rollover. It recieved a battle scar on the pass rear quarter panel as well in the Black Hills. A dent in the drivers rear quarter panel. And a bent windsheild frame.
If enough people want various parts, I'll separate the lot. I also have a Dana 60 front axle with Ford outers, Detroit locker, and 4.88 gears- $1800 obo
Let me know, thanks, Cody

Did you get your nuts kicked on the zuky side:question:

Yes, several times. What's the deal? Ooh, gotta run a small pocket size motor. Ooh, can't run beefier axles, that would make too much sense! I don't get it. Wouldn't it just be nice to have a capable rig built on pocket change? I just wanted a little curiosity settled, and I got the keep it pure treatment. I love American steel better anyway. If Suzuki is Jap, is Geo US?
And just to stay on the Binder Boys good side, I am in the middle of a gorgeous 69 800 build up. See ya.

Yep. I am gonna do just that. Wanna watch? My wife wants to wheel the 800 and run down some of'em, too! See ya this summer?

Well I am planning on it, but it will be later in the year. My wife just popped out a baby girl 3 weeks ago. Hopefully She'll be old enough to leave with my parents or figure out a better plan. But I gotta wheel! Is it true that Surprise Canyon is no more? My crew was talking about hitting the Rubicon, the Hammers and Surprise Canyon while we were down there. Whew, sounds like a lot of breakage and a lot of fun to be had in a week or so!

Surprise is gone :( Hammers are also in trouble. I'd be up for a Con run :D should have the SOA done, and manual swapped in. I'm also planning a trip next year through some BLM land out past Fresno, don't know the trail names off the top of my head. But if you start at the Con and work your way down that might be a possible trip.

Its more easy to go around the rocks then go over them.

Going around is easier, but it's less fun. :)
