Those are steel blocks. Get a piece of metal and knock it against them. That will tell the truth.

I had two registered civil engineers with me. They dont wheel but they just gagged at the site. The 5-lb sledge would work, but we'll go for the magnet instead. :flipoff2: Its a 2x2, Ford Ranger with fake bead locks and some fanny racing seats. He takes the steering wheel off........... We have a guard.... ??? Fawkin Cannon software took 45 minutes to download these 3 pix, and I had to read directions in espanol. Buenas dias!!! pix next week. We still on for $5 they're bricks ?

Nope, they gotta be steel, the edges are too straight and clean to be bricks.

Since when do bricks bow in the middle, they are metal blocks.

It aint brick. Clay brick would shatter (too brittle) if not when tightened then on the first bump in the road.

The point loading around the perch would cause immediate failure with any significant applied force.

Oh yeah, and fawk off, engineers rule :D

Yep seen the same thing all over the place.
Take a magnet to it.

I was like "What's so bad about that?"\
Most every truck I see has lift blocks in the rear.
