I have one question. Can I use a 3/8 inch hose with a CO2/Powertank? I am using a 1/4 now.

Doesn't matter on the hose size. Your local welding/tool supply store should have all kinds of fittings and adaptors to from from 1/4 to 3/8, etc.

Also its best to use the blue style polyurathane style hose rather than the cheap yellow stuff. The CO2 comes out cold and the yellow stuff is brittle at low temperatures.
