Spring over lift
Top is in great shape
Holley 500 2bl new
Body has a dent in the pass. rear quarter panel I can e-mail pic if interested.
Its not a beauty but would make a great trail rig.
I would recommend trailering home although it does drive the spring over was never finished by the guy I got it from(shock mounts) I have 4 shocks to go with.
Cage is tacked together needs to be finish welded.
Chrome steering wheel
If someone wants it I will through in 2 extra front axles one missing some parts.
asking $1500 obo

i havent seen it yet, but not realy concerned about dents etc. i know $1500 is more than alot of you would spend for a mint rig, but since it does have the wide 4sp, etc and basicly needs minor work (shock mts etc) im thinking i might try to go for it..
i dont know yet if the knuckles have been turned etc im guessing its still shackles in front etc..

Comes with an extra front end or two?

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, if the SOA isn't a complete hack.

OTOH, the fact the motor doesn't smoke might be a concern.. they're supposed to. :D

As long as it leaks oil, you're okay. ;)

I swear I have heard of that truck before.... either someone I was talking with had it or I saw the ad......

or maybe you told be about it

O-well, 1500 isn't *that* bad, expecialy if its solid, runs good and has desirable parts (2 extra front axles (assume D44's), and a wide box, and tires (if there almost new... then run them).

Depends on how botched the SOA is.

Let me know and I'll come out and take a look with ya if you want.

It is not a bad price, as he will probably say the Rims and tires were at least $500. I would definitely give it a good looking over first. Hopeing that the SOA isnt totally Booty Fabbed.

Even if the SOA is totally botched, it's not like you don't get a couple more chances to do it right! If it comes with a couple extra housings, you should be good to go.

My motor doesn't smoke either (unless it's running........or hot from just having been running.......or I missed that damn oil fill hole with half a quart........at least my wires don't smoke...often......usually)

well it looks like once again, my search for a rig is being put on hold....

Well i just got a memo form the owner that it cost's to much to do buisness in washington state, and he is moving the company down to arazona at the end of the year. i doubt he will pay to relocate so it looks like im job hunting.

So, if any one knows of any automotive related job openings that pay enough to keep a roof over my famaly, id love to hear about it. ie: forget schucks etc.. i managed enough of those places...

i used to be ASE certified in a # of areas, but havent bothered to keep up on them. I have worked for Land Rover, Rols Royce, Austin Martin, BMW, VW, Porsch, Audi, Ferrari, Bentley, Chevrolet.. to name a few. I have also worked for speed shops/ hot rod shops such as Jegs and RB's Obsolite Auto. Ive Been store manager for Schucks auto, Parts america, and Advanced Auto. I had my own shop for about a year building street rods, but closed it down to move to Ohio to take care of my mother while she went thru cancer treetment.

Im a hard worker, work well by my self or with others, and have exelent mechanical skills. Im also verry good at thinking outside of the box and finding solutions to odd problesms etc.

If any one hears about a position some where in the greater seattle/western washington area id realy apreciate it if the could keep me in mind.
