I know everyone here was giddy about them but I hated the way mine looked. Now granted, MD will testify to this, the guy that installed them put a bead of something around them and they looked like a$$. I have to admit I hated the way they just sat outside the body and the fact they were held in by a layer of basically butyl. Just my thoughts, I'll shoot some pics while I'm on my parts run today.;)

I take it the ones from $OR did not come with any weatherstripping then right??? Are you going back to fixed glass?

They came with everything, including the welting. Yep, returning to the fixed glass.

Sloan, I got mine used from Oz (thanks JD) and also glued them on with a urethane bead, per factory manual. What's there not to like? my kids would go insane if they didn't have the airflow in the 3rd row seat. I used a 1/4" bead and it fit into the pocket nicely. Butyl is a PITA to remove (besides being obsolete) so I used urethane, and it was a piece of cake, YMMV though...
I've a pic to post, but alas, no red star... I sent one to Tim, but if someone else could post it sooner, please advise.

I never liked the unfinished look of the way they stuck out from the window opening.:)
