I've been wondering what happened to Jimmy Jack. Apparently he's been busy with family and work but he does still have the rig Bob built for him some time back. Doesn't look like it's finished yet  but it's close. :D Here are a few pics of it. First one is the original cage and the rest show an updated and beefier cage. It was a Wrangler tub that was extended along with the frame. It's a 'LIMO'... :D:D

He parted that out a long time ago. I think a few pieces of it are on this rig... :D:D

I always wanted to see that rig get finished. Looked better with the swampers but looks to be almost done which is what matters.

Its just about done. ALOT of things needed to be reworked. He's not on the board much, but if you need me to get ahold of him, I can yell over the fence at him....he lives next door.

Actually he never parted it out. I bouyght it a LONG time ago, and built it the way it was supposed to be built. He did keep the motor, tranny, and axles off the old rig for this one.

Well It looks like I need to come out of the wood work more often, I did kinda part out the flatty Dimitri bought the tub/tranny/t-case/cage. I am still running the same engine/axles aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand thats it. What do you think of the reworked cage? If you guys wonder who redid it it was Wess at Monkey Bars in Auburn 916-205-6021. He is good at fab work and is QUICK. He also can do link suspensions/tube frames and more. We still need to do some work on my links but I thought I would show you all I really do still have a jeep (people have said I sold it) its just slow going. I am taking the tub off and preping for paint in the next week or so. I will keep you all posted with the progress. And yes I did make it over the crack line with no help no winch and no body damage, just scrapped my snap for a soft-top, and yes I did drive it home and ripped it apart. To answer the question am I still a Pirate No I am not..

Looks good Jimmy. I new you would like the nerfs. Can't wait to get it back to finish welding every thing and to get it to Jason for paint.

doesn't there need to be some lateral braceing? Either an X or an / behind the b pillar. It looks stong but seems like it would fold sideways in a hard roll. Granted if you still have welding you may still be adding bracing.

Yes your right. A X or some kind of brace will be add now the seats are in.
