Alright, after i've reformatted my hard drive here at work, can someone please explain what 35% means? Whizzy has a thread started and I checked out the link. Nice pics, but I was unaware of what I was opening until I did. I like my job, so please tell me what it actually means, so I know what to look for...stay away from.

35% means porn.:eek: :flipoff2:

35% is the percentage of fleshtone in an image that can set of many companies "indecent content" filters, and thereby cause someone to get in trouble at work.

So yes, all porn falls in the 35% category, but it can also include any other picture (pics of wounds come to mind) that is over 35% flesh tone, and non-work related content.

The 35% warning is to let people know not to open 'em at work. Like you apparently did. ;)

Not sure on why it is called "35%" But anything that contains explicit materials will have this in the title or a warning before the link.

It could be a way of warning without actually writing out "p0rn" which may also set off alarms.

And rather than typing "PORN", many people prefer "pr0n", just like we usually use the word "fawk" in place of it's appropriately spelled counterpart, in order to avoid getting people busted at work.
