hey all, i was up doing some snow wheeling and i was surprised when i could not lock up my rear brakes except with the e-brake handle. i was digging pretty hard up a hill and had to back down. lo and behold i could not get my brakes to lock. i even stood on the brakes and the gas in 2wd and i could spin the tires all day. is this a bad proportioning valve? i have rebuilt the brakes recently and i did notice that there was a little wetness around the valve up on the framerail?!? give me a hand here folks!

did you adjust the rears and have you had the drums cut usually
