Ken,
I just got a set of manual Aisin hubs from Indy4X, but when I pulled off my auto hubs, it looked like they wouldn't work! I sent Matt an email asking about this and I'm hoping to have a reply when I check my mail later! Matt, you listening?? :D Anyway, he has some listed for sale on his site!

Ive got superwinch on my 96 Trooper, Warn makes them as well, just not so sure on the model.
Check the SUperwich site, they have the model# you need to replace or add manual hubs.
The biggest thing is you will need a set of 26mm snap rings. None of the hubs come with these. There have been many instances when folks find there are already the snap rings behind the auot hubs, but not always.
Some folks use standard size, not sure of the conversion but any isuzu dealer can get you the snap rings, I think they where 50cents each.

I hit the boneyard Friday.
There were several Troopers ('90 something year) with Aisins.
I don't remember when the Troops started using autolocks  ,
but I'll snatch the Aisins if anyone needs 'em (that includes you too, Matt :flipoff2: )

In the early 90s the LS model had manual hubs. The lesser models came with auto hubs.

Here's a link (http://www.4x4wire.com/isuzu/tech/manualhubs/?) to the "instructions" for swapping the hubs. :D
