Im wanting to go there this Saturday. Ive found alot of pictures, and a map to get to the general location.

Im unclear on the private property thing, does anyone know about this? Probably just 2 or 3 rigs going, do we need premission? can we get it there?

Anyone have any directions to the trail? is it easy to find?

Yes, you need permission. It is private property. I don't know
