Not to be a dick or anything, but actually yes I have seen them for less. One of your competitors has them on special right now for $500 if I recall correctly. Just a heads up.

Well, I can attest to High angle, Ive got their short shaft kit, and rear driveshaft. Jess does awesome work, won't hesitate to talk to you , and takes time to do whats right for his customers. I needed a short shaft kit, and had a budget.. he did everything he could to keep me in that budget. Thanks Jess.. You are a great man to do business with! I should also add that I tried to contact Glenn at Bayou Geep numerous times for the same kit, and a driveshaft as well, because his prices were pretty decent, but not as good as Jess'. Well.. after numerous messages on his phone, and never getting a hold of him, I gave up, and went with High angle, and boy am I glad I did!

Are any of the conversion suppliers paying cash for OEM 231 mainshaft cores?

Its a scary thing when the suppler wants your old shaft - this means that he is thinking about making a bolt on style with that cheesy 26 spline output - :D

Jess, I sent you an email asking about options for my application and forgot about just asking you here so others might benefit from your answers. So here goes ...
I have a '76 FSJ Cherokee 2 door and am in the midst of putting together an AMC360, TH400, ORD Doubler, with DANA60 & CORP14. I am on top of 36" meats now and will most likely upgrade to 38's.
First, I want to upgrade the fixed yokes, Does your company do this? If not, is there anyone you would highly recommend?!
Next, I would like to know that when I upgrade my suspension that the new drivelines I get from you will work with the new mods. Right now I am SOA with a home fabbed rear shackle reversal(no blocks!). I am undecided with which route to take. I am considering either 4-6" freelift springs(w/ drop shackles) or a triangulated 4 link(w/ 1/4 eliptics).
Any input or options you can offer up on this would be greatly appreciated. Sorry to :barf: up so much newbie crap but I would like to get this done proper the first time out and lessen the self taught breakage/learning curve. And, if you could throw out a ballpark idea of $$$ I can start setting aside the clams for this.
A BIG THANX and a BIG  to ya! Keith aka Tigger4X :jeep:

okay now here it is- nice rig by the way- i am quite possitive we would want to run the 1350 c/v off the front and aslo the rear outputs of your 205- we would want to make sure you have the 30 spline front ouput or 32 spline -if this is not so call me i'll hook ya up - second off i hope your diff is rolled up front and rear to match or close to match the driveline angle -this would give us an advantage becuase flex would not be as big as an issue- Our 1350 c/v conversion we do on the rear Has a patent pending on the flange we use and also is modified and re-worked to handle 32 degree's max flex and still pull your 44 boggers down the road- and thru your favorite rock challenge -He he -so we have no strength issues- its a matter of money for one- and a little time on the phone and a bit of angle finder work- then we can get you hooked up well- $ wise our 1350 c/v and normal slip rear shaft modified is 419.00 (standard flex 32 degree's with all seal still in and streetable ) there are some real interesting things going around about either 20 degree's flex or no seals and 35 degree's flex-this is just not anything i give any merit to- i mean why in the world would you spend say 500$ on a bullet proof line and turn around and leave the seal out and tell your customer sorry its not possible to do that much angle and run the seals -??????? sorry for the book here- the flange we make for the rear output also is available with our driveline brake and rotor set up- base price 99.00$ . say you need a long travel front shaft 1350 c/v with 32 degree capapability again with seals-He hE - 495.00 $ plus flange to make it happen wheather you have a 30 spline or 32 spline depends on price- had to get a few things off my mind -he he -Jess 530-877-2875 Owner of High Angle Driveline and home of the first one ton c/v - p.s its 3:48 am so please tell me about my spelling errors-
