Yes it does,

look in the symbol library.
our short code is "SY" and then hit enter.

Search under: revision cloud in 2002 in the help menu.

or go to pull down menus

first go to documentation menu
then choose documentation content
and the revision clouds should be there.

This probably won't help but in 2004 there is a revision clound under the draw menu, I can't remember how we did it in 2002. The command in 2004 is "revcloud".

On our 2000, its under the "express" menu add in, FWIW.

Not exactly. It was a purchase option for 2002. It's free in 2004.

The rev cloud, AFAIK is only available in the express tools for the straight copy of AutoCAD, it may have been included in some of the verticles, but...

I may be able to get you a copy of express tools though ;)
