Anyone know of an aftermarket source for classic range rover body parts. fenders, hoods, radiator support, etc. I've searched and have not been able to find anything reasonable, except for the front grill.

How long does it take one to become proficient with an english wheel? I did find some helpful tip for body work here.

If anyone is interested in a 1992 rrc salvage title hit in left front for around $1500 let me know. Its not perfect, I figure a $3500 car when repaired. Otherwise I'll get started on it.

Honestly, at least for this area (DC) that's way too much money for a salvage title needing panel work. They're coming up around here with clean titles and needing some TLC (solid tune up, maybe a fuel pump and a seat switch or two, maybe a liftgate) for $500 to $1500. I can think of 3 off hand, including mine, that have been in that range in the last 6 months.

Eggsactly. I just got a pretty nice, fairly low miles 1988 RRC for $1500. Talking to folks who frequent the auto auctions is enough to make you cry to find these trucks either don't sell at all, or go for <$1000, even newer Discos don't bring much at auction.

I wish I could find a run down, beat up one for $700 or $800. I have found hoods for sale around here for $500.

I want to keep the range rover. Its just going to take a lot of time waiting for the right deal on parts. In the meantime I'll start pounding the pieces straight.
