hey guys, since i only have 3.5" lift with 37's i decided i needed some clearance, so i build new fender wells. I still have alot of welding left to do, but heres how it is now. There are some other miscelaneous pics thrown in as well.

Hey man, that looks good.. Did you form the fenders yourself? How are you welding them on..spot? Using a MIG?
Saw an older Bronco at the Badlands this weekend, those things are so fawkin' sweet.
Nice job,

Did you move the rear axle back? I would like to do something similar where the wells get longer but not wider. I'm going with full width axles so I don't need deeper wells, especially since I want to retain my rear seat.
Looks great!

I am welding them on with a mig, its crapping out on me though, so hopefully i get all the welding done before it dies. No i didnt move the rear axle back, that would be nice though. They were built out of 16 guage sheet metal. Oh ya, no i didnt form t hem, i dont have a break. I took my design to a local fab shop and they did the forming for me, it only cost like 50 bucks i think. And that is after he TIG welded the side peices on, so it really wasnt that bad of a deal, especially for how good of a job the guy did.

I moved my axle back 7" and relocated my rear cross member. I am going to attack the wheel wells this weekend, if I make some progress I'll post some pics.
