Yup, I run a York off of my 5.0 HO. It is really pretty simple.
I used the small bottom bracket that mounted the stock mustang rotary compressor, to the block( off to the side of the distributer). I welded that small bracket to the bottom of a 5"x4"x 1/4" " L" metal about 4 1/2" long. You only need to weld the bracket so that the L metal sits level on the bottom, and sits far enough back to clear the belts. Then I welded a tab on the front the bracket to mount to 2 holes at front of the block(where the stock pump mounts). After that drill 4 holes, on the upright of the L bracket, to mount the York(slots work best so that you can adjust it in and out for belt alignment).
You can get a 6" 6 rib serpentine pulley from any Kenworth, dealer for about $70 new, if you cant find one in a junkyard.
I used a piece of rope, wrapped through the serpentine belt system to get my belt length.
Then I just ran all of the usual air system goodies.

I have a few pics of the bracketry and complete set up at the house, Ill try to post something up later this evening.

The sanden compressors work good too lots of EB guys are running those compressors. One guy used to run his with no tank just a hose right out of the compressor to run a die grinder said it ran the die grinder at least as good as his home compressor at 3000 RPM. If you already have one on there just hook it up

You run an oil separator coming out of the Sanden. When it's full you open the drain and run a line going into the intake line and recycle the oil.
