: Axle swap progress

Well here it is so far... Its almost done. i just have to bolt the hubs on, lengthing the lower control arms a lil more and kick the pinion forward a lil bit it think. I also have to have my pitman arm machined to fit the new drag link.

notice the big friggin tie rod... THATS A STOCK tie rod!!!!

as for the rear all i gotta do is put the shafts in and the brakes on and kick the pinion DOWN some more and i think im going to move it back some too see if i can stretch the wheelbase as much as possible. OH and finish painting it.

have you thought about going o a chevy tipe tierod and end so you can use a tierod end you can mount the draglink to? this would give you a longer draglink and better angle. Search the general board for tierod end info and you should fint the parts
