View Full Version : WTF...Ebay
Iwas watching a Trooper bid on E-Bay and the auction ended while I was out to dinner.
Heres the deal.. It was no reserve and $3100 and 41 bids when I left and now it's not listed anymore on e-bay cause the action ended but show's it listed at $100?
What's goin on.. did the owner dealer pull the ad because there are no retractions in his feed back??

Just curious as to what happened on a no-reserve bid??

I just e-mailed the guy and he said he pulled the ad cause the AC was not working?? Yeah right ..pulled it minutes before the auction closed.... cause he didn't get near what he wanted ... is my guess.

i think if you keep your eyes open you can get into one very reasonably ;)

It's BS. Leave feedback indicating so.

E-BAY is designed for the seller.
They don't give one shit about the buyer. All protections are for the seller. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY FROM THE SELLERS. FIRST CLUE!!!
The seller can pull the add at any time for any reason. At least now they make the seller send notice to each bidder it is being pulled and for what lame excuse.
Ebay and sellers get all self righteous and indignant about deadbeat bidders, but noone ever says a damn thing about deabbeat sellers! That is my one HUGE bitch about ebay. And I am an good ebayer in good standing. 100% as both seller and buyer.
It is a buyer ripp though.
looks like it went for less than what I saw it at the first time around..
I think IIRC he pulled it at $4100 and it sold for $3700..
I didn't know it was re-listed or I would have bid.:(

it states in the 2nd or 3rd line of your link
"The seller ended this listing early because the item was lost or broken. "
this is becoming all to common on ebay
