: Hey Mates..checking in from RCAA
wngrog 07-11-2003, 05:08 AM Cross post from General, but I know most of you don't venture over there much.
Headed out for the action in a few minutes.
Here are the rig shots from check in and practice yesterday. From what I have seen, there are 2 "Cruisers" and a bad ass Tacoma buggy that will get my attention on the trails.
Look for an update this afternoon late.

wngrog 07-11-2003, 05:10 AM Mitch Guthrie's Twisted Customs buggy.
2500# with a 350HP LS-1 :smokin:

texican 07-11-2003, 10:22 AM Is it just me or does every Jeep based buggy have a Liberty hood/grill???
Seems as if it was cool for the first 300 I saw...

BJ On Roids 07-11-2003, 02:57 PM Twisted customs are building the premier gear at the moment.
Im with butch though the liberty hood and grille is getting old.
Slowerthanu 07-11-2003, 06:47 PM I think the Liberty hood and grill combo is a good compromise from a seperate fender hood setup. Keeps the rig from looking too much like a buggy.
wngrog 07-11-2003, 07:19 PM Yeah, Mitch is a sellout :D
He was a cruiser guy before, but he has the baddest buggy out here at the moment. 2800# with a 350HP LS-1 in it.
:smokin:
As for the liberty's, there are quite a few, however, a birdie told me that Toyota is wanting to break in to the sport and the Jordan/Robbins/Paulie team could be the chosen ones.
Look for Toy skins and Toy conponents/adapters in the future!
Here is a buddy of mine, Skinny hanging off the side of a cliff. Unbelievably, he did not roll here!

My wife has great buns, but better sence than to sit out in 100* + weather and watch buggies climb stones.

Thanks, I can see the cruiser much better in that picture. Actually that is Parker Garret from here in SLC, I sold him that pristine hood a few months ago (really, it used to be a great hood)
I expect he will be calling about another one soon... :D
How did he do?
