Yepp, amazing isn't it.. There's an article in the Dec issue of Petersons about Jason. He didn't get to drive the rig. He was the technical consultant for the Raptors team. If he had been driving, they wouldn't have knocked down all the damn gates. LoL!!! I think a good portion of that was 'staged', but still fun to watch... :D:D:D

Got to watch it last night...pretty cool!

There was even a M715 or M726 in the yard

The chevy in the end reminded me of the hybrids you see around tellico...

M726...had the utility bed on the back...

For those who haven't seen it, I'll try to keep the details to a minimum. I noticed that Jason's first mod revolved around an axle with a diff cover so they could quickly weld up the spiders. The gear oil trick wasn't bad either.

Is it gonna be on again? I missed it.

I though their team was pretty cool, but Jason didn't have to tell the other guys off like he did. I thought that was pretty unprofessional.
The rocks where the coolest part. Did you see how they hammer that XJ over the rocks, daymn! The footage on the rockcrawlers was cool too.

Jason is...Jason, you take his personality or you don't. Sorta like Liver and Onions, love it or hate it.

I get along with him, and respect his opinion, but he can be a Boss occasionally.

When I went to have my Dana 60 installed (several years back), he told me "since you're gonna be here all morning, why don't you put on some different clothes and help me weld up this roll cage" :D

Yep, Jason's a great guy... If you need a hand, he's the first to jump in there, either with parts, knowledge, or hands on. He does tend to say what ever is on his mind, though, which can piss some people off. But I'm the same way, so it doesn't bother me at all!

I thought that was a Trooper.

I loved the Russian boat thingy for pure wierdness and impracticality. The only thing that did right was float. :D

Did ya notice that the Russian seemed like they were hit'in the vodka cuz they were taking pseudo-dirt naps between events. But the chain idea for rock-crawling-not too smart!!
