The smaller sizes do seem to run small for some reason. I just put a set of the 38.5x16x15's on my YJ and they measure larger than they actually are 39.25x17. I would like to go larger next time around and if I lived closer...and had the cash...I would take them off of you. They were cupping a little on my TJ, but I was running 30psi. I have since dropped to 24psi and am getting better wear. Good luck getting rid of them.
