ENGINE FLOODS OUT WHEN CLIMBING, CAN NOT AFFORD FUEL INJECTION AT THIS TIME I'V BEEN TOLD ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP WOULD HELP.

No it will not but a adjustable fuel pressure regulator will help alot, you can turn it down real low when on the trail and back up for the road.

I'm with TPIJeep, I got a Holley regulator from Summit and their liquid filled pressure gauge and put mine way low.

On a side note, if for some reason you do get an electric pump, make sure you figure out a way to make sure it automatically shuts down if the engine stops running. Like, after an accident, if the motor shuts off, but the pump keeps running you're looking at a big firey mess.
