I put a new set of front pads in my mothers 94 s10 4x4 yesterday. I did not open any lines.

Today while she was driving a banjo bolt came loose and she lost all the fluid. Anyway, I put more fluid in and bled that wheel, I put about half a quart of fluid through and was still getting air in the fluid. The peddle never got hard the way it was. I bled some out of the other front wheel and it got good enough to drive home, but still not very good.

Is there a special way to bleed the system? I noticed that there were two bleeders on top of the ABS module. I cracked them open and tried to bleed from there but nothing came out.

My plan is to gravity bleed the whole system front and back.

Do you think this will work?
