Adapter? It's just the tcase. It was being run behind the chevy 350 and an SM420 in a 78 3/4 4x4.

Edit: it's almost new, I've exchanged it every time the truck came apart, and the last exchange was a month before it got parted.

I wouldn't need the flywheel... Is it just the disc?? Or pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc... If so what kind is it???

You know, it's just one of the piles in the shed, give me a day or so to get out there and check. I've got a lot going on right now, and not spending any time out there, but I'll get more specifics on that stuff for you.

Just to give you motivation, if it's the complete set and the clutch disk is a decent brand I'll buy it from you:D

Advance auto stuff with about 1000 miles. It was only used for about a month. It's clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing. 100 bucks including the newly resurfaced flywheel, or 75 for just the actual clutch stuff. Shipping not included.

I'll look for the reciepts. It should still be returnable with that lifetime warranty. It's been exchanged every time I took the stuff out, or got near it b/c they have that exchange/return policy.
