Well upon further review the binding noise seems like its more like a grinding noise. And I'm pretty sure its the transfer case becuase it only does the noise in 4wd. So does anybody know what this could be?? I'm getting really frustrated over this becuase I want to take my CJ out wheelin and I can't:( Any help is much appreciated. THANKS

Disengage the hubs and run it in 4WD drive yet?

If still noisy drop the front driveline and run it in 4WD.

Still noisy= transfer case.

It makes the noise wheter the hubs are locked or unlocked

This may be a dumb question but is the t-case dry? Make sure it's got the appropriate oil and level in there. Also have a friend drive it in 4 wheel low and follow along side and see if you see anything underneath out of the ordinary.
