: Can I use 15" wheels on an FJ80 front end?

I'm swapping an FJ80 front axle into my tacoma. I was wondering if 15" wheels will clear the brake calipers or if I am going to have to go to 16s.

I think the front can take 15". But, doesn't a Taco take a drivers side diff?

Good, I was hoping I wouldn't have to switch to 16" rims. Yes, tacomas are drivers side diff, but I have the Marlin Crawler adapter and am running a turbo truck tcase in my tacoma so I need a passenger side front diff.

You just need to grind the calipers a bit to make them fit, but I ran 15" wheels on my FZJ-80.

Post pics when you are done!

Dang, wish I would have known that before I gave away my FZJ-80 calipers (still have the rotors though). I kept the smaller FJ-80 stuff.
