what kind of distributor [Archive]

77 scout II , 345. I have changed the coil and condenser, checked all the wires to the coil checked ground connection. still no fire, buddy says it has to be ignition module. there are three to choose from depending on what distributor i have. one distributor is a holly and there are two more of a different brand. it says echlin on the button and cap, but i don't think that was the brand the guy at napa gave me to choose from. it is not a points style.

Bring your "gold box" with you to NAPA....Since they're one of the few parts stores to still have "somewhat" knowledgable counter guys....make'm work for it! :rolleyes:
