Well I just added a K&N filter, Granatelli mass sensor and a bbk throttle body....the idle seems all jacked and jumpy. Sometimes its low at stop(normal) and sometimes its reving high...even after the engines been runing for a bit and warmed up. Any ideas?

It can actually take the computer a while to adjust to the changes, assuming everything was installed correctly. Also make sure that the IAC (idle air controller) was not damaged, not hooked back up, etc... when you installed these parts.......and check the TPS (throttle position sensor).
