I need to replace mine, what is the P/N, where should I get them?

The part number should be Dana60! But you should be able to find those bearings just about anywhere.

Dana60 My arse. Ok, well, If I were rich maybe, but for a guy doing all his own work, this is the 1st D35 incedent so I need to replace the bearings, much cheaper than a 60.
