I was lookin on a website and it says the trooper 2 springs are 47 inches long when on the truck. i would trust it but some info was wrong on some other springs.

yeah i am goin to use them in the front. they keep the axle more forward than a set of normal front springs but not as forward as the toyota rears.

this measurement is unsprung weight from eye to eye off of a 88 trooper 44 1/2"

ahh, sorry man...i dropped the ball on this......i have a stock trooper i cna measure the weighted length......but i am headed out of town for the weekeknd in the AM.

glad someone got you the measure.

ah also notable....these are the same width as Toyota springs 2 3/8" so shackles etc, will cross over.

the Rodeo springs are the same as well but the 2nd leaf is a SEMI-Milt. wrap....actually very similar to the rancho front 44044's 2nd leaf.

that would be on rodeo's 93-97.....actually a really nice spring

i went out to the yard today and found a few troopers. the spring was about 46 inches long so it looks like it will work. i just need the main leaf i am goin to add some lift springs and what not into it and make a hybrid pack

Mathew,

I had heard that using stock rear springs would be too much arch if used up front and have a lot of undesirable lift? Could you confirm that "caution"

I've always heard stock wagoneer springs are the best to go with. your advice too in the past.
