I HAVE searched... but have been getting conflicting info.
what it the thread pitch on the 1-ton TRE's. 7/8-18 or 7/8-20??? I've seen both.
I KNOW its not 7/8-14 :rolleyes:
found listings for 7/8-20... but don't recall 7/8-18 being listed (MSC catalog). Unfotunatly my catalog is not were I am.
quick help anyone???

7/8*18 on chevy front 60's.

The GM one ton TREs are 7/8-18, and I think most other one ton and 3/4 ton TREs are too.

Yep, check Shaker's (http://www.shakerbuilt.com/Tech_Info.html) site for PNs. BnTMike (http://www.bentandtwisted.com/tierod.html) has the tubing ends in 7/8-18, 7/8-14, & 3/4-16.

1/2 ton and 3/4 ton used mostly 7/8"-18 and some of the 3/4 ton and 1 tons used 1"-18 for tie rod ends. For drag link ends, 1/2 ton to 1 ton used the same joints.....7/8"-18.

OK, looks like 7/8-18 it is....
I'm useing: ES2233L, ES2234R, ES2027L and ES2026R TRE's.
