Yea, I know a lot of the J20 stuff has been covered already, but I have a couple of Q's I have not seen addressed.

First Q is where to find a real J20 box? NAPA sells a 3" box that "will fit", so does O'Reilly's (another local parts house). I do not want what I already have. I want a stronger box! Nobody seems to carry the 3.5" J20 box. Anyone know of a supplier that has the real ones?

I talked with West Texas Off-Road today, great bunch by first impression. (Matt, if that's not your wife that answers the phone, can I get her home phone number? :D ). Even their supplier brought over the small "it will fit" box. They are trying to locate one for me. Thanks guys!

Now for the second Q: while talking to the very lovely receptionist and WTOR she mentioned something about NOT wanting the J20 box if I was going to do the hydroassist. My plans were to start with a drilled and plugged J20 box now then add WJ knuckles and the hydro ram this winter. Now I may have to rethink things. What is up with the J20 and Hydro?

have you done any beefing to the d30? i personally would think its a tad weak to use hydro-assist with. id be worried about those knuckles. i would be stoked if that would hold up. what size meats are you going to run?

I'm only running 33's though I have considered 35's. I am not as concerned with knuckle strength at this point, lack of strength can be tempered with common sense. What I want is to take some of the stress off the steering box. The box seems to be the week part of my set up. I have trashed two boxes in three outings.

Eventually I will be going to a HP44 or 60 so I don't want to polish this turd too much, just get by until the money tree starts to fruit.
