Lookin for pics of all zuzu D44's, preferebly 94-97's, caliper setup and disc setup, and a top shot shooting down to see the disc to mouting bracket location. I never thought of zuzu's as hardcore cuz you don't see any around here, but this forum has made a believer out of me. Thx all, you can post or email me @: CJ5inFourWheelDrive@Yahoo.com I'm curious cuz I want to get a GM HD 8 lug D44 front with flat tops, but don't want to buy 6 bolt rims for fear of upgrading to 1 ton equiptment eventually. So 1 set of rims and convert the rear to 8 lug by redrilling the flanges and using discs for the front on the rear and possibly change around the caliper if needed.

Doug,
Define testing? Lol, I don't mind a drive, roadtrips are good stuff, besides who is going to find those good mom and pop hot dog shops? I'll definetly post pics and stuff of the conversion and install....might take some time but PM or email me CJ5inFourWheelDrive@yahoo.com Looking forward to hearing from you.

Zack,
Give me a few days to find my Dana 44 axle pics. I converted it to Full Floater and kept the original brake set ups. I have a complete set of step by step shots around here somewhere. They will show you how all the parking and disc brake mounts are made. I think these shots will tell you what your looking for.
