Need more info...

Are they all 3 plus OD configuration?

Input shaft dimensions... Same as a NV4500 from behind 360 gasser?

Trans-to-bellhousing bolt pattern? Compared to GM?

Basically, I'm looking for a cheap OD trans to run in my daily driver... (2wd diesel Suburban). The GM version of this trans is too hard to find. Hoping the Dodge has a long(er) input shaft so all I'd need to make is an adapter/spacer plate.

its nothing like any GM trans as far as measurements go. its a new process tranny and i think that AA makes a 833 to GM adapter. check'em out. they might have some info on their site. i have a couple rollin around out at the shop so if you need specific measurements, let me know. i also run one of the OD units in my 64 cuda.

From AA's catalog:

89MM: This is a 4-speed overdrive transmission commonly found in late model half-ton GM vehicles. This light-duty 4-speed has roughly a 4-to-1 1st gear ratio with a 25% overdrive. We manufacture adapters to replace this transmission, but we do not offer any adapters retain this transmission.

Making a plate is no big deal... Seeing as you have one handy :D

Input shaft stickout, spline, and diameter would be good info. Hopefully its 1" longer than GM inputs (this is the case with the NV4500). Also the diameter of the input bearing retainer.
