Had a blast today!A couple of friends and I went wheeling up The Battlement Mesa trail.We had 2 Cj-5s one with 38"ers the other with 36"ers.1 ford ranger with 35"ers.and Me with my Blazer and 36" swampers.I lead and we blasted through snow that was over 2 feet deep for most of it.Nothing like holding down at 4grand and hauling ass.It took us 3 hours just to get to the real trailhead!We couldn't get any further from there.So we let the kids play in the snow and we ate and shot the shit.I decided to give it one more go and shot a cap out of the front axle joint. I had a spare but couldn't find the C-clips for it.So we turned and headed down with 3 wheeldrive.Looks like its time for a under hood welder!Could of put a cap in and tacked it there.Oh well still had loads of fun!!Blazin:rasta:

Oh man, did I have the bug today. Drove over to Minden and took Echo and Luther passes. Always hard to tell when you are driving down the road, but I would guess there was 5 to 6 feet of the fresh stuff. Iron Mtn Rd should be pretty good right now.
