how hard is this to do?
any major mods?

you'll have to change the striker plate, too, but, other than that, a bolt on deal. hard to find a good set though...most are rusted through on the bottom. (we got a set we'll sell you that are rusted through on the bottoms). ccot has replacement bottoms, but i won't vouch for their quality.

If you are talking about the ambulance doors, then the sill at the top of the doors is also different and you have to drill the pre-75 sides for the hinge screws. You can have my '78 hard top sides and the top sill for $150 if you pick it up in So. Cal. I don't have the ambulance doors.

If you want an early set of doors I have a rust free set that has all new oem seals waiting to go on after they are painted for sale. Email me personaly if you are interested at Tracknod@cfl.rr.com. It will run about 40 bucks to have forward air ship it out there if you are. Oh... and the bug catcher seals are in GREAT shape.
