I am in the process of installing an Explorer Pro Comp lift on my 96 toyota tacoma and to take off the a-arms you need to remove the adjusting cam bolts. They seem to be stuck in place because of rust, is there any advice you can give me to taking these off? we've tried everything but heat because of the rubber that's close to it.

Can you get the nuts loose? If so, thread them on a few threads and beat the hell out of them with a BFH. The rubber has vucanized to the bolt. It'll tear those bushing to shit, and you'll have to either replace the bolts, or scrape all of that hard rubber off of them.

I HIGHLY recommend getting some new poly bushing to replace them with, the rubber bushings are never strong enough, and with the added stress of a lift kit, even new bushings wouldn't last long.
